Reactive Repairs and Maintenance Programme – National Hospitality Chain, Scotland
Project Overview
Assure Group was sub-contracted to the main contractor delivering a reactive repairs and maintenance programme to a major hospitality chain operating branches throughout Scotland. The contract covered a wide range of venues, from high-street locations to rural establishments, ensuring electrical systems remained safe, compliant, and fully operational.
The programme included fault finding, emergency repairs, lighting replacements, power restoration, and general electrical maintenance, supporting the client’s operational continuity and commitment to providing a safe environment for customers and staff.
Challenges
Operating within live hospitality environments presented unique challenges. Many venues traded long hours, including evenings and weekends, requiring works to be carefully coordinated to avoid disruption to customers and business operations.
In addition, the geographically dispersed nature of the estate required a responsive and well-organised delivery model to ensure timely attendance and resolution across multiple locations.
